Description: This Chinese Matcha is made from a tea called Green Pearl. Though usually processed into tight hand-rolled spheres as its name suggests, these are then finely ground into powder.
Tasting Notes: A smooth Matcha, with full flavour and a gently toasted note to finish the cup.
Brewing Instructions: 75ºC water; Create a paste with a few droplets of water, then add water and whisk to create a nice froth. Add water to taste.
