Description: Harvested in early spring, this hand-rolled, lightly oxidized oolong offers an exquisite tasting experience. The tea is fragrant and aromatic, with sweet floral notes and a refreshing, gentle grassy linger. Steeps to a crystal clear yellow-green tone. This tea is excellent on its own, but also pairs wonderfully with a savoury meal.
Tasting Notes: The smoothness and honeysuckle sweetness typical of a quality oolong, Green Dragon Jade also possesses the addition of mild, grounded notes of toasted grasses. The aroma is a divine and understated bouquet of freshly misted orchids.
