Description: Harvested in early spring, this hand-rolled, lightly oxidized oolong offers an exquisite tasting experience. The light oxidation lends to the deep green colour of the leaf. The tea is fragrant and aromatic, with sweet floral notes and a refreshing linger. While excellent on its own, it also pairs beautifully with savoury meals.
Tasting Notes: A smooth and fragrant tea offering a flavourful cup with delicate notes of sweet flowers and fresh fruit.
Brewing Instructions: 2g per cup; 90-95ºC water; steep 5 minutes and re-steep up to four times.
