An excellent, accessible afternoon tea.
Tasting Notes: A toasty palate with notes of citrus and dark cocoa. Finishes with a whisper of gentle mineral astringency at the back of the tongue and a light hint of caramel. Mild, smooth, and full flavoured with a gentle cinnamon musk throughout.
Brewing Instructions: 2g per cup. 100ºC water. steep 3-5 minutes.
