Origin: Jiangxi Province, China
Description: Thick blankets of clouds and mist envelop the mountains and valleys of Jiangxi, home to the famous Lu Shan Yun Wu tea. This lush mountainous area produces a very special tea. Beautiful aroma and a sweet lingering finish.
Tasting Notes: The earthy, vegetal flavour is well rounded leaving a subtle sweet citrus note on the palate. This tea can be re-steeped multiple times.
Brewing Instructions: 2g per cup. 90-95ºC water. steep 3-5 minutes.
