Settling in the Cowichan Valley in 2009, after decades of family summers at Shawnigan Lake, the Turyk family started work on what would become a true Vancouver Island Gem - Unsworth Vineyards.
After restoring the early 1900s barn, sustainably managing their 12 acre vineyard, and expanding their expert team and operations - a tasting room, restaurant, retail space, and cutting edge winemaking equipment - this local family owned and operated business has won multiple awards for their handcrafted wines and food service.
For a variety of tastings during the week, or for an excellent dining experience Thursday - Sunday (even if wine isn’t your thing), make a reservation and sip on some Westholme tea while perusing their seasonal local menu. We encourage tasting notes for all beverages present!
