Shipping policy

Please note that we ship to the address as it is entered at checkout. It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure the correct shipping address is entered for each order. In the case where the customer has entered an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, any additional shipping charges will be billed to the customer.

Orders within Canada

  • Orders ship five days a week, Monday - Friday.
  • All orders are shipped from our facility in Westholme BC by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Please see the Canada Post website for Canada Post Terms & Conditions.
  • Westholme Tea Company offers a flat fee shipping rate of $13.95 within Canada. For orders over $90 shipping is complimentary within Canada only.

Orders to the United States

  • All orders to the United States are shipped from our facility in Westholme BC by Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
  • A flat shipping rate of $18.95 applies to all orders to the U.S. Shipping with FedEx Ground can be arranged by request for an additional fee.
  • Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by US Customs.
