Please note that we ship to the address as it is entered at checkout. It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure the correct shipping address is entered for each order. In the case where the customer has entered an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, any additional shipping charges will be billed to the customer.

Orders within Canada

  • Orders ship five days a week, Monday - Friday.
  • All orders are shipped from our facility in Westholme BC by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Please see the Canada Post website for Canada Post Terms & Conditions.
  • Expect 3-5 business days for shipping within Canada
  • Westholme Tea Company offers a flat fee shipping rate of $15.95 within Canada. For orders over $110 shipping is complimentary within Canada only.

Orders to the United States

  • Orders ship five days a week, Monday - Friday.
  • All orders are shipped from our facility in Westholme BC by courier (Canada Post, UPS, FedEX) 
  • Expect 3-8 business days for shipping from CA-USA
  • Westholme Tea Company offers a flat fee shipping rate of $22.95 from CA-US. For orders over $175 shipping is complimentary from CA-US.
