US Shipping Update!

We are pleased to announce that as of today, Tuesday, August 4th, 2026, Westholme Tea Company has opened shipping back up to the United States! 

The mechanisms in place at the border which caused tariffs on exempt goods have been changed due to the recent change in Supreme Court ruling which means tea, coffee, as well as many other foreign-grown foods, are automatically free of duty, as per 2026 HTS Revision 4. 

Overall, US-bound shipments from the last two weeks are moving smoothly. We will be monitoring every shipment closely and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions or concerns regarding the ordering process as we value your feedback very much.

We have appreciated your patience during this challenging time greatly and are excited to get back to enjoying loose leaf teas with you once again! 

For US orders going forward :: 

• Orders ship five days a week, Monday - Friday.
• All orders are shipped from our facility in Westholme BC by courier (Canada Post, UPS, FedEX) 
• Expect 3-8 business days for shipping from CA-USA
• Westholme Tea Company offers a flat fee shipping rate of $22.95 for CA-US. For orders over $175 shipping is complimentary within for CA-US.
