TEASHOP ASSOCIATE PART TIME - WESTHOLME TEA COMPANY

The teashop associate is responsible for creating memorable tea experiences for customers is at the core of the teashop associate’s job. A no compromise approach to all levels of esthetics in the Teashop including creating and maintaining retail displays and merchandising. Developing positive customer service relationships with Westholme visitors is essential to this position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES…

• Curate sensational experiences for our Teashop guests
• Promote and sell the world of organic loose-leaf tea
• Guide customers on their tea journey
• Assist with seasonal tours and special events 
• Responsible for opening and closing procedures as well as cashing in/out
• Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility
• Refill and stock tea for the Teashop 
• Grow the love of tea

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• You have retail + customer service experience and a willingness to learn new systems
• You are available to work part time on Saturday and Sunday 8:30am-4:30pm
• You are adaptable and thrive in a creative and fast paced environment
• You are a motivated individual who is enthusiastic about growing your tea knowledge
• You are highly focused and make attention to detail a priority
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• You invite constructive criticism as a way of improving your understanding of the ways of Westholme and further develop your role with the company
