Pu-erhs offer a unique tea experience, being the only pure tea that uses microbial fermentation to process and oxidize the leaves. This loose-leaf Shou Pu-erh offers a robust, sturdy and rich steep.Although this is a very traditional Chinese tea, it reminds us of the intersections of nature that we appreciate here at Westholme: the seaside, rolling farmer's fields and the temperate rainforest.
