The aroma and flavour of this tea, also known as 'rare orchid,' is a wonderful balance of toasted, nearly smoked hues and sweet notes of cooked brown sugar.

The long, dark twisted tea leaves produce a beautiful amber liquor. Most Oolong teas are not roasted - this processing technique gives this tea a unique aroma and flavour.
