Drinking hot tea in hot weather is actually a tradition shared among many hot climates all around the world. Tea can help to warm or cool the body. Although there is no 'right' way to drink tea, there are some types of teas which may feel more appropriate for you, or for this time of year in the Northern Hemisphere.
