Tasting Notes
Packed with several lemon flavours, the cup opens with high notes of lemongrass and builds upon the deeper citrus layers of lemon balm and lemon verbena. Finishes with a gentle ginger heat.
Brewing Instructions
Scoop 2 grams of loose leaf herbal per cup. Pour boiling (100ºC) water over the tisane and allow to steep for 5 or more minutes.
