Lapsang Souchong Marinade
This delicious marinade is perfect for grilled veggies or your favorite protein!
Makes about a half cup of marinade
Ingredients ::
- 3 Tbsp. organic Lapsang Souchong tea
- 1 tsp. organic garlic powder
- 1 tsp. organic oregano leaf
- 1 tsp. organic parsley leaf
- 1 tsp. organic ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. smoked sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. organic thyme
- 3 Tbsp. organic olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. local honey
Directions ::
- Grind all dry ingredients together using a mortar and pestle or suribachi.
- Combine ground herbs with olive oil, vinegar, and honey to create a thick paste.
- Cover veggies, tofu, or whatever you plan to cook with marinade and refrigerate for at least an hour before cooking.
