Lapsang Souchong Marinade

Lapsang Souchong Marinade

This delicious marinade is perfect for grilled veggies or your favorite protein!
Makes about a half cup of marinade

Ingredients ::

  • 3 Tbsp. organic Lapsang Souchong tea
  • 1 tsp. organic garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. organic oregano leaf
  • 1 tsp. organic parsley leaf
  • 1 tsp. organic ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. smoked sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. organic thyme
  • 3 Tbsp. organic olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. local honey

Directions  ::

  1. Grind all dry ingredients together using a mortar and pestle or suribachi.
  2. Combine ground herbs with olive oil, vinegar, and honey to create a thick paste.
  3. Cover veggies, tofu, or whatever you plan to cook with marinade and refrigerate for at least an hour before cooking.
