We're Hiring a Teashop/Production Associate!

You are committed and dedicated to helping us grow tea culture and our innovative tea business.

The teashop/production associate is responsible for creating memorable experiences for customers in our teashop is at the core of this position. A no compromise approach to all levels of producing the high quality teas and tisanes for our customers from blending and packaging to shipping out orders is also an integral part of the teashop/production associate’s job.

· Create sensational experiences for our Teashop guests

· Guide customers on their tea journey

· Assist with special events and tours

· Pack and stock tea for our teashop and online store

· Oversee wholesale and online orders and related shipping

· Maintain tea and ingredients inventory systems

· Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility

· Promote and sell the world of organic loose leaf tea

· Grow the love of tea

· You have 1 year of retail and custormer service experience

· You have production experience and a willingness to learn new systems

· You are adaptable and thrive in a creative and fast paced environment

· You are a motivated individual who is enthusiastic about growing your tea knowledge

· You are highly focused and make attention to detail a priority

· You are available to work both Saturday and Sunday

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

· Part-time position 24-36 hours/week

· Wage $19- $21 based on experience and qualifications
