WEEKLY RETAIL FEATURE : The Local General Store

Opened by Chris and Alix Harvey in 2013, this one-stop shop for sustainable products has been a beloved staple of the local community. This community is where they source many of their products as well (including some of our tea!), though sometimes reaching outside this radius to support communities and makers elsewhere through Fair Trade relationships when the raw materials are not available on Vancouver Island. They also make gift baskets, custom or pre-made!
