We are looking for the right individual to join our dedicated team to help create exceptional guest experiences while supporting the growth of Westholme Tea Company and tea culture in our community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, hospitality, nature and creating moments of connection through tea. • You have retail customer service experience
• You thrive in a creative and faced paced environment
• You are a motivated individual who is enthusiastic about growing your tea knowledge and sharing it with others
• You have a flair for beautiful design and an eye for detail

What You Would Do

• Create memorable tea experiences for our Teashop guests
• Share knowledge of organic loose leaf tea and tea preparation
• Guide guests on their tea journey to discover teas and tea ware 
• Restock retail inventory and merchandising displays 
• Performing opening and closing duties including cash reconciliation 
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
• Grow the love of tea
