This tea was inspired by our beloved + popular tea blend, Mad Hatter.
During a time when we had been challenged to source the teas we have traditionally loved, our journey to find new, perfect teas resulted in travelling down one of the many loopy rabbit holes we can often find ourselves in here at Westholme. This led us to craft new stately black blends fit for any Queen of Hearts.
The cup offers subtle notes of spice and sweet grass. Refreshing and refined, with little to no astringency. Excellent on its own, or with a touch of milk and sweetener.
