WELCOMING A NEW SEASON AT WESTHOLME
As Spring grows, we are patiently waiting and watching as our tea (camellia sinensis) plants begin to wake from their winter slumber. Our tea harvesting season typically runs from May - September, starting with the very first flush harvest of the first tender, fine new tea leaf buds.
All of our Canadian tea comes from the 800 camellia sinensis bushes on our slopes here at Westholme, so we sell out of our first flush rather quickly each year.
