To start, we just want to say a warm thank you for your kind support on our first two teas of our spring harvest. It was amazing hearing your feedback and sharing tea tasting notes with you. Our Spring 2025 flush is now officially sold out, but not to worry; we have more exciting teas for you to try this year.
We have been beginning our days amongst the tea terraced slopes after our initial gather and before the heat of the day sets into the valley. Plucking while enjoying our first tea of the day in nature, amongst the buzzing bees and fresh summer air has become the perfect morning ritual to prepare for the full days here at Westholme.
Focussing solely on the more robust, mature buds and leaves of this warm season, preparing each tea leaf with Heron's Wake and our signature smoked green teas front of mind.
