Canada Strike Update :: September 25, 2025

Hello Folks!

Currently, Canada Post mail and parcels, will not be processed or delivered and some Canada Post offices will be closed. Service guarantees will be affected for items already in the postal network and no new items will be accepted by Canada Post.

Despite this strike, we are shipping out orders with alternative couriers and while there may be slight delays, we are working diligently on sending your tea orders out as promptly as possible. 

We will keep you posted here and on our socials with updates and will also be reaching out directly if you place an order to a PO box.

Thank you for your consistent support and we appreciate your patience as we navigate the Canada Post strike.
