Ingredients: Lemongrass, Nettle Leaf, Red Clover, Linden Leaf & Flowers, Elder Flowers, Rose Petals, Stevia Leaf

Description: This infusion is the encapsulation of a sunny summer day, and all that it shines its golden light upon. The petals of rose and linden flower add high floral notes atop the lower earthy tones of linden leaf, nettle and clover. Lemongrass imparts a warm citrusy twist, and leads to the unrefined and naturally sweet stevia leaf to finish. The cup is complete, complex, and carries with it a calming herbal perfume. Reminiscent of the refreshing and revitalizing flavour of a perfect, warm day.

Tasting Notes: A lemony zest and earthy tones finish with grassy notes and a subtly sweet, floral finish.

Brewing Instructions: 2g per cup. 100ºC water. steep 5+ minutes.
