Tasting Notes: This infusion is the encapsulation of a sunny summer day, and all that it shines its golden light upon. The petals of rose and linden flower add high floral notes atop the lower earthy tones of linden leaf, nettle and clover. Lemongrass imparts a warm citrusy twist, and leads to the unrefined and naturally sweet stevia leaf to finish. The cup is complete, complex, and carries with it a calming herbal perfume. Reminiscent of the refreshing and revitalizing flavour of a perfect, warm day.

Brewing Instructions: 2g per cup. 100ºC water. steep 5+ minutes

We invite you to experience our very unique twelve artisan-blended, loose leaf teas inspired by the twelve animals of the Chinese zodiac – Rat, Pig, Horse, Goat, Rooster, Ox, Snake, Monkey, Tiger, Dog, Rabbit, Dragon.

We crafted the line of teas so that there would be something for every palate. The final result is four black teas, four green teas and four herbal infusions each conforming to some degree to the characteristics of the animal they represent.

The organic teas we import are artisanally farmed and crafted. They may change with each harvest season. The same tea harvested at a different time of year and processed by a different tea maker will vary slightly in flavour and finish.
