Ingredients: Nettle Leaf, Lemon Verbena, Lemon Peel, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Ginger, Black Pepper
Description: In 2012, we were invited to contribute to the James Barber Chef’s Table Fundraiser. The theme was ‘Honey’ and we created our scrumptious Nettle Chai to honour the event. The combination of earthy nettle leaf, brisk lemon verbena and a gentle tally of warming masala spices makes for a refreshing and delicately spiced herbal chai. Try adding a drop of honey for added pleasure.

Brewing Instructions: 2g per cup; 100ºC water; steep 3-5 minutes
