Ingredients: Ginger Root, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Black pepper, Cloves
Description: A mélange of traditional Indian spices. It can be steeped and enjoyed as a regular infusion or cooked with milk, or a milk substitute, to create an herbal chai. Add honey to taste. Use freely to add a little spice to your apple juice, cider or wine.
Tasting Notes: A spicy, versatile blend that is Isubtle and delicate when steeped for less time or bold and rich when steeped longer.
Brewing Instructions: 2g per cup; 100ºC water; steep 3-5 minutes
