Description: A lovely, smooth mixture of premium pekoe teas from Assam, India and Anhui and Yunnan Province in China offers a perfect blend of flavour profiles from both regions: the malty strength of the Camellia sinensis ver. assamica leaf, and the perfumed complexity of the Camellia sinensis sinensis leaf.
Tasting Notes: Soft notes of malted sweetness linger on the nose and palate of this deep, red-brown liquor. The cup is toasty and smooth, with a gentle balanced astringency. A perfect breakfast tea, on its own or with a touch of milk.
Brewing Instructions: 2g per cup. 100ºC water. steep 3-5 minutes.
