Ingredients: Chamomile

Description: Chamomile is one of the oldest medicinal herbs in human history and has many varieties. The cup is a delicate gold with subtle notes of sweet hay, with an all-encompassing, creamy floral aroma. The taste is sweet and earthy on the tongue. This familiar and traditional floral tisane contains several beneficial flavonoids and is known for its calming and healing properties when ingested or applied to the skin. We recommend a soothing cup of chamomile before bed, to help you calm the mind and senses.

Tasting Notes: Creamy floral aroma, with earthy notes of sweet hay.

Brewing Instructions: 2g - 3g per cup. 100ºC water. Steep 3 - 5 minutes.
