Ingredients: Turmeric Root, Ginger Root, Lemon Peel, Ceylon Cinnamon

Description: Tasty, rich, invigorating and nourishing – an elixir of pure delight and sweet herbal spiciness. The zest of lemon peel complements the bite of the ginger and sweetness of cinnamon, while the turmeric infuses the steep to gold. Enjoy as a hot or iced tea, or cook it with milk (or alternative) to make your own ‘golden milk.’ This infusion is excellent any time of year, but has a special place in our hearts during the cold and flu season.

Tasting Notes: Earthy, sweet and wonderfully zesty, this golden herbal infusion is calming for the stomach, but exciting for the senses.

Brewing Instructions: 2g per cup. 100ºC water. steep 3-5 minutes.
