Description: This classic Assam Breakfast GBOP (Golden Broken Orange Pekoe) has a bright, robust cup while still maintaining smoothness. Due to the broken leaf style of processing for this tea, it steeps to a bold, rich sienna. A lingering malty aroma is detectable in the cup. Truly a fantastic, pure breakfast tea.
Tasting Notes: A rich and bold black tea with strong, yet very pleasant malty notes.
Brewing Instructions: 2g per cup; 100ºC water; steep 3-5 minutes
