Ingredients: Lemongrass, Lemon Verbena, Lemon Balm, Ginger Root, Lemon Peel, Calendula

Description: This zesty citrus tisane is lively on the tongue but gentle on the system. Loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory ingredients, this blend can assist with indigestion, boost your immunity, and has natural anxiety-reducing properties. Enjoy the infusion hot if you need an uplifting, invigorating cup. Or, in the heat of summer, sip it iced to restore and rehydrate your body and senses. This refreshing infusion is meant to quench and to soothe.

Tasting Notes: Packed with several lemon flavours. The cup opens with high notes of lemongrass and builds upon the deeper citrus layers of lemon balm and lemon verbena. Finishes with a gentle ginger heat.

Brewing Instructions: 2 - 3g per cup. 100ºC water. steep 5+ minutes.
