Description: This pure West Coast peppermint is very lively and full of flavour. Though there are several mint varieties, peppermint has found the most common and widespread usage across the globe. This hardy herb offers a crisp and refreshing aroma, and the notes are invigorating, vibrant and bold on the tongue. A beautiful earthy cup – rich and uplifting. This peppermint is soothing and warm, and is a wonderful digestive aide that will happily help soothe an upset stomach.

Tasting Notes: Crisp and refreshing mint nose, invigorating earthy notes are warm and soothing.

Brewing Instructions: 2g per cup; 100ºC water; steep 3-5 minutes
